Artist Entry Requirements:

Submitted works must align with the competition’s theme and comply with the specified media categories.

Media: Oil painting, acrylic painting, watercolor and gouache, ink art, mixed media, printmaking, photography, video art, sculpture, installation, ceramics, fiber art, collage, digital art, AI-generated art, land art, performance art, and other original high-quality artistic creations.

The jury will not accept works involving pornography, gambling, drugs, blasphemy against religion, or content with inflammatory political themes. All submissions must be entirely original works of art and design created by the artist. Strictly no replicas, plagiarism, or unauthorized imitations are permitted.

Age: The competition is open to artists aged 18 and above from around the world, with a global perspective.
 

Submission File Quality:

·The artwork files must be in JPG format.

·Each artwork image file must not exceed 5MB.

·The artwork image must be “professionally presented” — cropped, without frames, and without watermarks.

·Each artwork must be original or an original piece that has already been sold, preferably completed within the last 6 years.

 

Note:

It is recommended that each submitted artwork have a dimension not exceeding 100cm x 100cm per side, as international shipping for exhibition works will incur international logistics fees. The round-trip shipping costs are the responsibility of the artist.

For artists living in California, USA, there are no restrictions on the size of the artwork. For international artists or those living in other states in the USA, the artwork size should not exceed 100cm x 100cm per side.

During the physical gallery exhibition, awards will be selected as follows:

·Each artist may submit 1-5 artworks, with no submission fee.

 

·After selection, the exhibition fee for the first artwork is $300 USD; the fee for 2 artworks is $500 USD; the fee for 3 artworks is $650 USD.

 

·Each artist can exhibit a maximum of 1-3 artworks in the physical gallery based on the selected works, and the awards will be determined during the exhibition.

 

·Framed artworks will be displayed on the gallery walls, installation and sculpture works will be showcased on display stands, and video works will be shown on television screens or electronic displays.

 

·After being selected for the Silicon Valley physical gallery exhibition, the organizers will reply via email with details on shipping the selected artworks to the gallery, the exhibition contract agreement, and the participation fee payment options, including international online payments via PayPal, bank debit cards, or credit cards.

Email Content:

Artists should submit clear JPG or PNG images of their artworks, a personal artist biography, and a statement for each artwork. For video artists, please include high-definition screenshots and video playback links.

 

Each submission must include the following details for each artwork:

·Year of creation

·Artist's name

·Nationality

·Materials used in the artwork

·Sales price (if the artist is willing to sell)

If the artist is willing to sell, please specify the price. If the artwork is sold during the exhibition, the full commission will go to the artist. If the artwork is not for sale, the price does not need to be included.
